Refund and Returns Policy

At Crypto Miners Store Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our refund, return, and warranty policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • All returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Used or miner-deployed equipment

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team at our email sales@cryptominersstore.com or  phone number (848) 216-6013 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened or used items.

4. 1-Year Warranty on All Machines

All mining machines purchased from Crypto Miners Store come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse or unauthorized modification

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage from overclocking, power surges, or improper installation

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from mining in environments not meeting recommended conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity)

If your machine develops an issue within 1 year of purchase, contact us at sales@cryptominersstore.com for assistance. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, depending on the issue and availability.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and reported within the return window. For exchanges, contact us at sales@cryptominersstore.com.
